In the heart of the Palmeraie, just 15 minutes from the JAMAA el FNA Square, and 10 minutes from the golfs of Marrakech, Avilla invites you to discover the magic of the Orient.

With the meeting of Orient and Occident, you will be amazed by the originality of the Avilla’s architecture.

With a habitable surface of 1 200m²,the decoration is a fine and subtle mixture of Tradition (used materials) and Modernity (Volumes and spaces).

Going through the magnificent entrance door, sculptured in cedar and inserted in a glass frame you will discover the dome salon with 12 metres height stained with golden leaves.

The walls are in tadelakt camel. The central space of the Avilla consists of a teak indian saloon from Rajasthan covered with pink sabra buvard and a birmany table decorated with a large copper tray made by marvellous Fès craftsmen.

The dome height gives the piano sound an excellent quality allowing it to be diffused to all the Avilla’s spaces.
On the left you can enjoy a large salon in tadelackt chocolat, containning exotic furniture, mainly brought from India, China, and different parts of Morocco.

The gorgeous chimney with an open fireplace invites you to enjoy comfortable, relaxing evenings.

The dining room situated on the right of the dome salon is made in aubergine tadelackt illuminated by a succession of suspensions with Murano glass. The Guests take place around 2 tables specialy designed for Avilla.

They can be assembled for the reception of guests to taste the delicious homemade dishes.

These three reception spaces are facing a park preceded by a covered tradionnal bejmat gallery and an external saloon with a chimney allowing you to lounge till nightfall.

Walking on Ourika’s stones will lead you to the swimming pool of 25 meters long with a solarium leaning against a ruin, with a superb olive tree in the middle making it possible to choose the best way to lounge under the sun.

Avilla

With a surface 1’4 hectare a beautiful green lawn covers the entire garden and extends to one hectare.

In the garden you will find, palm trees, bougainvilleas, jasmines, fig trees, oranges trees, night gallant, roses that exude their perfumes and colours and a wide variety of organically grown vegetables.

The Moresque pavilion, covered by smooth pillows, invites you to rest in tranquility.

An Andalusian seguilla with lotus flowers and a Caidale tend (70m²) will allow you to experience the ancestral ways of life of Morocco.

Located on the first floor, an hanging garden with multiple coloured bougainvilleas offering you
the possibility to relax for a tea with mint or diner.

A reading space with television and home cinema contains a large sofa of 7 mètres long and 1.5 meters deep invites you to relax.

Covered by smooth velvet pillows made of animal leather (panther, tiger and leopard) you will feel warm in front of the chimney inserted in a large bookcase
offering you different books and works about morocco and other literatures. Direct access to a terrace facing the swimming pool.

The main stairs lead you to a roof of 500m² making aperitifs to be taken while admiring the sun set on the atlas or dinners under starry sky of the Palmeraie.

The location of the bedrooms (ground floor, first floor and garden) offers you different views of the majestic Atlas Chain, the Djebelettes and the unique Palmeraie.

Each room is unique, and different by the distribution, colours, furniture and decoration. Traditional materials are represented in all of them. Tadelackt coloured walls, wooden cedar doors,
Bjemat stone floors, brass lamps, and ancient potteries.

The fusion of the traditional with the
modern world gives you today’s comfort like air conditioning, heating, digital safety boxes.

Chambre Alep : 35 m² env, Hot Clim/ cold. Situated on the first floor on the west. Walls in soft green tadelackt. The bed is on recess in handed plaster, the bedhead table in made of wicker, table from Burma, armchair Club in textile and foot stool in cedar. Curtains in water
green silk Chantung, carpets from the Moyen Altas, copper objects are chased.
Bathroom in aubergine tadelackt , ground with grey marble and wardrobe in cedar.

Chambre Damas : 32 m² env, Hot Clim/ cold. Situated on the first floor with big terrace allowing to admire the garden, the pool and the Atlas.
Walls in tadelackt cumin, armchair from Fès from the beginning of the century in orange leather, bedhead table and foot stool in sculpted cedar, Curtains in velvet chilled with red pepper coming from Venise, carpets from the high Altas, engravings for the north of africa and touareg box.

Suite Byzance : 56 m² env, Hot Clim/ cold. Situated on the ground floor with private terrace privée.
Walls in tadelackt cannelle. The large wardrobe in sculpted cedar with a big Mongolien box (porte bonheur birman) sweetening the room. The bed is enclosed with 2 red chinese boxes with chased silver lamp, salon corner facing the chimney, armchair “de planteur” brought from India, pouf in sculpted leather, carpets from the middle Altas, Curtains in golde silk chantoung.

in bon and wood inlaid work in front of the chimney in brown zellige, crystal lamps, desktop and armchair Chinese nois, curtains in taftas cannelle, carpets from the north and old Egyptian
engravings.

Big bathroom in straw tadelackt. Old Bathh. Mirror in sculpted cedar and a mirror « sur pied » from the beginning of the century. Large wardrobe in tadelackt and cedar.

The Staff of the Villa are discreet and attentive and will satisfy all your needs. To wet your
appetite, the chef will cook the most tasty Moroccan and European dishes.

Staff: 1 caretaker – 4 gardeners – 1 cook – 2 housekeeprs.
