The spacious pool terrace includes a covered outdoor living area and gas BBQ. The villa has been professionally decorated with attention to all the details for comfort as well including air conditioning, high speed internet and a daily housekeeper.

Guarantee deposit charged at the time of booking: 15% of the total amount of the stay*
Remaining balance due paid directly to the hotel before departure: 85% of the total amount of the stay*
* Does not include tourism taxes and other expenses during the period of the stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation received 3 days or more before arrival date: 50.00 $ USD fee
Cancellation received between 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
In case of no-show: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
