The beachfront terrace runs the length of the unit offering breathtaking views. Kitchen and baths recently renovated. Situated on one of the nicest beaches on the bay, Punta Negra beach, located about 7 minutes drive south of town . Heated common pool and sun terrace at beach level. The building provides parking, 24 hour reception/front desk and secured entry.
The main living area and master bedroom open onto the beachfront terrace. The guest bedroom also has a private terrace with mountain views. Both bedrooms have private baths and air conditioning. The condo features a well equipped kitchen, washer /dryer in the unit, satellite TV in living area and Master BR , wireless internet, private phone line and front desk switchboard, maid service 2 times a week.

Booking policy

Guarantee deposit charged at the time of booking: 15% of the total amount of the stay*
Remaining balance due paid directly to the hotel before departure: 85% of the total amount of the stay*
* Does not include tourism taxes and other expenses during the period of the stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation received 3 days or more before arrival date: 50.00 $ USD fee
Cancellation received between 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
In case of no-show: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
