The property has breathtaking views across the bay to Punta Mita and a spacious terrace with outdoor living, dining and BBQ to enjoy them from. The Kitchen is very well equipped with everything from a coffeegrinder to waffle iron. Also includes high speed wireless and free long distance telephone. Maid service includes 2 per week, with extra cleaning service available or Cook as well. Rates: Winter $475 Summer $375 and Holidays $550 from December 1, 2008 until further notice. PLUS 15% TAX
Booking policy
Guarantee deposit charged at the time of booking: 15% of the total amount of the stay*
Remaining balance due paid directly to the hotel before departure: 85% of the total amount of the stay*
* Does not include tourism taxes and other expenses during the period of the stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation received 3 days or more before arrival date:

Cancellation received between 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
In case of no-show: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
