The establishment is a short 10 minute walk away from the Victoria Boardwalk, the boardwalk along Montreal’s historic Old Port (the De la Commune Promenade), Montreal’s renowned Victoria Square, Place Bonaventure, Complex Desjardins, the Eaton Center, and Place Ville Marie. The ‘Underground City,’ one of Montreal’s premier tourist attractions is easily accessible from the apartment complex’s location.
Surrounded by a plethora of fine gourmet restaurants, and luxurious shopping malls and quaint boutiques, one can easily satiate all shopping needs. It is also only a few short metro / subway stops from two of Montreal’s hottest strips (Crescent Street and St. Laurent Boulevard) which teem with trendy eateries, night clubs, and taverns to suit any and all ‘night life’ seekers. Cancellation received 3 days or more before arrival date: 50.00 $ USD fee
Cancellation received between 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
In case of no-show: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
