There is also a family room with a large flat screen television and a very comfortable sleeper sofa (double bed).

One steps out from the living area onto a balcony with patio furniture, a barbeque, and a vast view over the river.

Remaining balance due paid directly to the hotel before departure: 85% of the total amount of the stay*

Cancellation policy

Cancellation received 3 days or more before arrival date: 50.00 $ USD fee
Cancellation received between 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
In case of no-show: 1 night fee (based on applied rate)
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
